For anyone 18+ living with disordered eating - no diagnosis necessary.Mysa is our eating disorder support group. Sessions take place every other Thursday from 5:30 – 7pm, with each following a theme such as creative expression, wellbeing exercises, psychoeducation and open discussions surrounding disordered eating.
