CLAMS returns to the bloom building for another day of betrayal, discovery and fun!
The day will be multiple games of blood on the clocktower running concurrently for players of all skill levels. The game itself is similar to werewolf or the traitors, a game where a small group of people secretly try and deceive the rest of the players.
This event is our third annual Clocktoberfest meaning fancy dress is heavily encouraged! (Bonus points for making it clocktower themed). This is one of our absolute favourites as it really let’s our community show off it’s talent! There will be discussion in our socials leading up to the event about ideas and other goings on for the day.
We hope to see you there!
We can’t wait for this one! Omega Nebula’s music ‘takes the most powerful elements of dub reggae and dubstep and rolls them into uplifting, emotionally weighted anthems with a unique sonic identity. Taking influence from the UK sound system scene, dub clubs and bass driven subcultures, their huge sound is heart shaking, their message profound, and their energy invigorating.’
The Family Battenberg are the latest to join us in Birkenhead of our ‘In-Bloom’ Series.
Cardiff’s quartet have perfected a filthy, fuzzy psychedelic sound that they’ve coined as “spider rock”, a particular breed of Garage Rock that has seen them support the likes of Getdown Services, Panic Shack, Gruff Rhys and the Bug Club.
Back with a brand new track that aligns with the soundscape that’s signature to them, ‘Anteater!’ is The Family Battenberg finessed. Drenched in fuzzy saturation, spacey vocals ricochet between a blistering guitar, all while a double-tracked mono drum plays like a call to action.
This is certainly one to catch live!
