How to get involved

Research shows that it can take around 28 days to embed a new habit, so whether you've been wanting to try a new sport, be more consistent at the gym or simply leave the house for a daily walk, why not commit to taking on a physical activity for 28 days in February?

1) Pick your activity or activities - be sure to make this achievable, and get your friends or family involved to help keep your routine!
2) Sign up to take part by registering as an individual or a team using the link below.
3) Connect your Strava to your Enthuse page to track your activity or miles covered, and watch your progress.
4) Share your page link on social media, email or WhatsApp to encourage your friends and family to donate towards your challenge.
5) Your fundraising total will be tracked on Enthuse, and sent automatically to Open Door to make a huge difference in 2026!
