Work with Open Door and together we can help support even more young people and adults!
At ODC, we want to help improve the mental health of as many people as we can, in as many different situations as possible.
To do that, we’ve taken what we do at Bloom out to new environments where there is a mental health need, tailored how we do things to the new surroundings, and increased the positive impact we can have beyond the local by working with different sectors.
Through working together, our partners remotely deliver our programmes, have access to workshops, receive wellbeing support and more.
We offer partnerships to several different types of institutions, organisations, and businesses, with every partnership specially tailored to each partner.
Our flagship programme, Bazaar is an eight-chapter, one-to-one peer support programme, where mentors – with no prior experience needed – are trained to deliver the programme. Focusing on how to manage anxiety, low mood, and/or panic attacks, over eight, hour-long sessions, members gain the tools to control negative thought patterns and improve their mental health.
As our offer grows, our partners will have access to new programmes, including Mysa – our peer-support programme for those living with disordered eating – that will be available later this year.
Over 90 minutes, staff teams, students, volunteers, or any group of individuals will go over what stress is, how to deal with stress, and more in a unique Open Door way.
We offer research opportunities by assisting academic institutions to delve into our unique peer-support model, demonstrating how it works in new environments.
We want to help keep job satisfaction high for our partners’ teams, so we’re happy to help put together a wellbeing offer that helps teams see even more value in their job, and improves staff retention.
We welcome our partners to use our spaces for events, away days, and more, and are always looking to support in organising awareness, wellbeing, and general mental health support days.
