Women’s ADHD Support Group

This 6-week support group is for women who have or identify as having ADHD, or for those who are currently going through the diagnostic process. Together, in a safe and welcoming space, Beth from @hectic_happiness CIC will guide you through exploring themes such as:

  • What ADHD can look and feel like in everyday life
  • Share experiences and challenges
  • Develop strategies for self-care and emotional wellbeing
  • Use creative tools such as movement and art to support expression and regulation.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend, just curiosity, openness and the desire to feel understood. Above all, this group is about community: a place to be seen, heard and supported, exactly as you are.
